I am located in NY and my daughters car was in Jacksonville stuck at a Subaru dealer with a $15,000 repair bill. Looking for a storage company, I was introduced to Sam. He helped create a plan to pick up the car, check the vehicle for all necessary repairs and fix the vehicle. Sam communicated daily and was dead on of his original estimate. His team was professional, efficient and considerate! To find a mechanic with a talented and professional team 1600 miles from home was a blessing. I'm out 2 grand and still my car isnt fixed. These people are a joke, ... read more I'm out 2 grand and still my car isnt fixed. These people are a joke, they are spiteful. Was told in addition to the problems I initially brought my car in for that I needed my brakes replaced. My husband does the brakes so I declined their 175 $ offer for a brake job. 1 week later when I'm back because the job that they did do wasnt done correctly, the first question they ask is did you get them brakes fixed? "No sir, not yet. My brakes are working perfectly, " He grunts kinda shakes his head. I think nothing more of the brakes until I pick up my car and i have no brakes. No one will ever be able to convince me that these people did not mess my brake up to prove a point. I also heard of a similar story from someone else , stories where you drive your vehicle into them and have to tow it home. I'm taking my car somewhere else. I'm out 2 grand and still have a messed up car. Do not use them. Find another mechanic
