He couldn't be bothered to show up for an appointment that he made the night before. And when I called to check on his arrival after he missed the appt, he couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. This guy is not ready for business.

Worst buying experience of my life. Car had a check engine light and the owner (Rob) promised to fix it. 10 miles off the lot and light returns. My guess his fix is reset the light, then it's the customer’s problem. They sent me my title 1 week later than promised and it was even filled out correctly. I had to send it back to them for correction. I tried to call the owner several times to let him know there was an issue. Salesman said the owner was buys and would call back. I never received a call back. After 5 days I called and talked to salesman again and blocked me from speaking to owner, but said title was on its way back. Received the title the 2nd time and it was still incorrectly completed. Horrible experience. Stay far, far away.
