Took my car to have evaluated. I was told that my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. He said he would be swapp my engine out with a engine close to the same miles I had on my car. So I agreed to have my engine changed. This would have been a good time to tell me that it's only 30 days on a used engine. but he did not disclose this information to me. He went and got the car emissions done and told me he had been driving my car and it was running fine. Two days later and paying 4081.00 I pick my car up it seemed fine. I wasn't able to test drive the car because of Covid the DMV was closed. so it was close to three months until I was able to get a tag for car. I finally got the tag and drove the car, I noticed a pull from the car when I put the car in drive, it snatched into gear. I took car back and the mechanic RL adjusted something on the engine so that took care of the problelm. Still didn't informe me about 30 days for a used engine. I drove the car for two weeks and the car is surging and smoking from the tail pipe. I call R.L to tell him what's going on. He says bring the car in. I had a video of what was going on with the car. I informed R.L I got advice from another mechanic and was told this is because coolant is getting into the engine which point to a bad head gasket, and the surging could possibly be the air intake control valve and the problem was engine related Which R.L agreed that it probably was the IAC and he would have fixed it "IF" he knew it was bad He then suggested put 20 w 50 in the engine. I called another mechanic and told them what my car was doing and what advice I was giving from RL. And was told to ask for the paper work on the engine. I have not received no information on the engine he installed in my car to this very day. And putting 20 w 50 was not going to solve my issue. So I take the car back because of the surging and mind you it's still smoking. I also was getting water in the trunk so R.L looked into these issued and charged me 80.00.I was told by R.L that my Power steering rack need replacing and he would fix my IAC for aprox 1100.00 dollars. This has been the worst experince with this shop. My car is sitting unable to drive. I gave him ONE star because a rating was required. He deserves 0 stars. We'll end up in court I'm sure.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. You can best believe the next time I need anything for my Lexus, I'll be making an appt here! Looking forward to meeting Ed in person. D D. Atlanta, GA

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I used to drive 30 minutes to Marietta just to go to true automotive. Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!

TRUE Automotive, is as always the best repair facility in the Atlanta area. Issac, and his staff in the Sandy Springs location, are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Used to be a great mechanic/tire place but new management changed everything - especially the honesty factor. First a routine oil change, and suddenly my transmission fluid needs replacing, gaskets need changing, and I need new brake pads - should they get started immediately? This is like Auto Grift 101 class - I knew there was nothing wrong with any of those things - and I left, disappointed that my auto shop had gone to the dark side. So I hadn't been back for a few years. But last week, I got a nail in a tire (maybe 5000 miles on this tire) - simple puncture - and because this place is so convenient, I brought it in for a patch around 6:30 - no problem, they said, $23, should take 30 minutes. I went across the street to the stores and finally got a call at 7:45 saying my old tire was ruined and I had to purchase a new tire or they couldn't do anything, since they "can't legally put back on a bad tire." The problem was that I'd told them I was driving to Nashville early the next morning, so they knew they had me over a barrel. And good for them -- I guess $163 is more valuable than a happy customer. I was so pissed off that I kept the tire and brought it to two other shops - who both told me it was perfectly fine. So I'd stay the heck away from these guys if you're looking for just a bit of honesty in your mechanic.
