This is a great car repair shop. Since I moved from Idaho Falls, I've had a hard time finding a mechanic that I trust as much.

We are family owned and community oriented since 1985. Our main focus is quality auto maintenance and repair with superior customer service.

For a fee of $250, they agreed to perform a comprehensive evaluation of my RV and prepare an inclusive estimate to perform the work. In the fall when the RV was dropped at their shop, it was specifically noted that if repair costs approached the $3000 range, it would not be worth proceeding. I inquired about the estimate over the next month, and was told it may be another month or two before the inspection would be performed, but with assurances that nothing was amiss. Two months later, I received a call indicating they had already performed extensive repairs, and that they “just wanted to let [me] know”. I reminded them they had only been authorized to prepare an estimate and requested cessation of repairs immediately. Three weeks subsequent, I received an invoice for $7200, noting all repairs were complete. I contested the invoice, invoked legal counsel, and ultimately ended up paying approximately half the invoiced amount in order to repossess my RV. On top of their despicable business ethics, it was discovered that their repair work was haphazard, unprofessional, and incomplete. Additionally, they failed to drain the water system following their diagnostics while the RV was stored outside, resulting in ruptured water lines and a burst water heater that required an additional $1000 to repair. After this debacle, I read other online reviews that unfortunately revealed similar experiences from other customers. Please avoid this business if at all possible, and use the utmost caution if you choose to patronize them.

Quoted me $135.00 to replace rear brake cylinders. said they had to replace both side per their policy, couldn't just do the side that was leaking. So for $135.00 I said ok schedule me an appointment for next day at 11am. when I dropped off the keys manager said the price was going to be higher than what they quoted due to axel shafts had to be remove to pull drum off. anyway they called to tell me it was going to require a complete brake replacement on both side and possibly drums. I told them no and to park my truck out front and I would come get it. When I arrived at 6:20pm they had left large scrape down passenger side of my truck, I immediately noticed this when I arrived and took pictures, business closed at 6pm. I opened my driver door that wasn't even locked and discovered a large hole in my brand new driver seat cover. I called manager Dave next day at 8am to complain and he was so arrogant he refused to even look at the pictures of the damages......I warn you to stay away from this business or this could happen to you!

I have been raving about you guys since we found you. To be on our vacation camping, break down from overheating on a saturday and be desperate to find a place was a difficult position to be in. We called around and no one was available but someone finally recommended we try you. I talked with Paula, who was SOOOOOO reassuring and said "come right in, we will take care of you." We were thirty miles away but got there, she got us in right away. It was 106 degrees out and she offered us cold bottled water, and a loaner car. The place was air conditioned, and they had a diagnosis quickly. They had the parts and got us back on the road in less than 3 hours. We were so very grateful. I can highly recommend them for customer service as well as everything else!
