I was very pleased with my recent experience at sunset automotive #3. I was broke down on the side of the road and I was very impressed with how quickly the tow truck responded. I was more impressed with the unbelievable customer service. Chris Caldron was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. He also did a great job of explaining it to me so I could understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

Under the incredibly personable approach of store manager, Carlos, I have found them to be thorough, trustworthy, competent, cooperative, warm and friendly.
