My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I got rear ended last week while sitting behind a red light. The guy has no insurance & I am going to have to pay for the repairs & then try to sue him. Anyway , I drive by National Body Works everyday on my way to work. Actually there are a lot of body shops in this area. I went to total of 5 shops to get the best price since I’m paying for it. Every shop said I have to replace my bumper and trunk lid. All the estimates were over $1350 plus any hidden damage that they can’t see but all assured me there was definitely hidden damage . That is all except National . I could see that The estimator at national was really trying to keep my cost down since I told him I’m paying out of pocket. Nationals quote was $790 since they were able to save my parts & not buy new. I asked about all the hidden damages & he said that he already knows what is damaged & its included in the price. I couldn’t believe it , so I gave them the car before he changes his mind or realizes that he made a mistake. Needless to say there was no mistake . I picked up my car 4 days later and it looked great. These guys are real pros . definitely recommend them to everyone I know
