These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look at my car. I had experienced trouble with it on our one hour drive to dance class. Jeff took the time to test it and even put it up on the lift after closing. This ended up possibly saving our lives. A mechanic from a different shop had neglected to secure bolts that held the tire to the steering mechanism. They were literally ready to fall off and might have on my 70 mph ride home. The manager was kind, thorough, and saved me from driving home later at 11:00 p.m. with a car that would have been unsafe for my daughter and me. I'm grateful for his help and professional manner when it was closing time.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. Extremely poor customer service... Brad Ward (owner) refused to give me a quote until I showed him the insurance company estimate. I told him it didn't matter what the estimate was if I was paying out of my pocket. I simply need an estimate. He refused to give me one and proceeded to yell and scream at me so loudly that other people in the room could hear him when I held the phone away from my ear. I will NEVER do business with someone like this... Customer service was non-existant.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further.
