I told them about noise coming from the front of the car. I told them it sounds like something in the suspension rattling around. They looked at the car for thirty minutes. Doesn't even seem like enough time to test drive it and then put it on the lift. Seems like they just put it on the lift and checked bolts and called it done. In just a half an hour. I drove an hour to drop it off. They had it done before I even made it home. And the sound is still there. No cookies no car wash...... Nothing fixed. I really can't believe the visit went like this here of all places. Really making me question bringing the car back. Seems like quality really slipped this year

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did great work on my car. They did not treat me like a woman who knows nothing about cars. I will go back to them for every service I need on both my cars.
