Reggie's Motorworks specializes in taking care of the PEOPLE who drive European automobiles. Owned and staffed by local auto enthusiasts. We have built a great reputation and have amazing clients, but our goal is still to improve what we do and how we do it daily. Our ultimate goal is to create the best overall experience for owners of German autos. All of our Technicians are master-certified, who receive extensive continued education and use the latest in computer technology for testing and analyzing data. And to ensure our client's trust in our repairs, we provide a 3 year / 36,000 mile / nationwide warranty. Reggie and his team are top of the line in all areas of high end auto repair and maintenance. They made it seamless for us from scheduling, communication, pricing, to pickup!! Pricing was fair and competitive in this market. We recently relocated and feel fortunate to have found Reggie’s Motorworks for our C43 and E300!

I was very pleased. I have just one nitpick. When I picked up the 2002, the turn signals no longer functioned properly. It appears to be coincidental, but the emergency flasher unit had failed and that in turn caused the turn signal failure. The turn signals worked when I dropped off my BMW, but they did not work when I drove away from the shop. I have ordered a new flasher unit and I am currently using a borrowed unit. Mike Self did the troubleshooting and he loaned me a known good (used) flasher unit. We will put in the new one when it arrives at my house. I have driven it a number of times since I picked it up and the gauges work properly and everything else seems to be in good working order. Thanks...

Best Customer Service
I cannot recommend Reggie's enough! We had always serviced our Mercedes-Benz and Audi's at the local Indianapolis dealerships, until recently. To be honest, I never realized there was another option in town. I filled out the online inquiry for servicing my 2015 MB GL, and had a response within 24 hours. Nick was very helpful in providing me an estimate for the service A that was due. This was literally ~$400 less than what I was quoted at the Indy dealership. He was also able to list the other services that are available, with pricing. Drop off was quick and easy. They provided a BMW loaner. After the work was completed, they sent me a digital inspection report, complete with photos. Overall, we cannot be more pleased! Julie T.
