The manager would not accept my Firestone card number from my daughter, even though she had my name and address. This is the reason we obtained a Firestone card - so my daughter could use it in KC while there in college. Though I mentioned that other Firestones have never had any issue with this, he disagreed. Fortunately, another Firestone in the area was happy to have our business. We'll avoid this particular location from now on!
