I have used David & team for over 3 years now. I would recommend them for any type of work. Very reasonable. I took my suv back in August for Ac repair front and rear. Thought it got repaired it's April and Ac is not working if I bring Ac in for repair the Ac shouldebeen repaired not patched to have to bring back later but then warranty don't cover repairs because they claim it's leaking from hoses. The I'm told other problems about my vehicle I didn't even ask about. Not satisfied and they weren't helpful at all

I took my old 94 Chevy pickup truck to Overland frame & alignment, my 1st time going there (5/15/17). Very friendly and honest service at a very reasonable price. After taxes the total was $81 and change (cheap!)and they were very fast too. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs an alignment. They no longer do frame work, just alignments. I highly recommend this shop. Be sure to make an appointment as they can be very busy at times. GG

When I first came to new concept I thought they were good. So when something major went on with my car I came back to new concept. It turns out that I needed a new engine which cost me $12,000. Since I got the new engine I was still experiencing the same problem that led me to get the engine. About every thousand miles my oil light was coming on and I had to add oil to my car. Took it back to new concept and the gentleman said that it was the oil pan that was leaking or something like that. So they repaired that. That was another along with some other things I had done. $4,000. The problem persisted. When I brought it back the next week the shop Foreman said oh the gentleman that did the work did not top it off? We'll top it off and you'll be fine. The next week. The oil light was back on again. I spent the next 4 weeks coming back to new concept so they could research where this oil was coming from and more importantly where it was going. On the 4th trip in they told me that my turbo was leaking into my exhaust and that's what was doing it and that was going to cost me another $4,000. At this I have lost all trust in them, so I took it to the Audi dealership. The Audi dealership measured the oil could not find any leaks. Not in my turbo or anything. It took a couple of trips to the dealership for them to measure consumption and try to figure out what the problem was. They did and they told me it was the pistons. Which the pistons are the engine. So now I need to take it back to new concept to see if they will honor their warranty for the $12,000 engine that are put in or not. I do not have any faith in there shop Foreman to get the job done correctly. It seems as though he is just trying to push me off so he can get on to the next thing. I have sent the information from Audi to New Concept so now we'll see if they honor the warranty and fix the problem.

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work.
