Out of this world service! My car was towed 2:30p to shop on Friday, diagnosis made, a new starter installed and I was back to driving vehicle by 7p! Great communication through out too. Cannot go wrong here. Angie Fosnough

very good with body work they are one of the top shops in kc and american famnily gives them top 3 rating in metro area and american family ins lists them as one of their approved estimate shops in kc so you deal directly with them

Horrible customer service. Was not able to get hold of anybody to answer my question about my vehicle. I purchased it there about a year ago and decided to give their service a try, but was very dissapointed. Will not try again.

Avoid! The manager would not accept my Firestone card number from my daughter, even though she had my name and address. This is the reason we obtained a Firestone card - so my daughter could use it in KC while there in college. Though I mentioned that other Firestones have never had any issue with this, he disagreed. Fortunately, another Firestone in the area was happy to have our business. We'll avoid this particular location from now on!
