Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

The owner, Mike, met with me and explained everything, including photos of the problem. Everything was completed on time, problem solved. Definitely a keeper.

t is with pleasure that I write this review on behalf of my myself and husband. We have been using Factory Auto Service for a few years now and have no complaints. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. However, if while working on the vehicles, and they come across something that requires immediate attention and safety is a factor, the owner will personally contact us to review those findings with us. theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

Went to get a front end alignment on my daughters car. They told me starting at 75.00. Ok. I know it might need parts. I call after not hearing from them and they lost my number. They told me to come down... they then told me the car needed a whole list of things that had nothing to do with alignment coming to $1000.00 so I laughed got in my car and one thing they wrote down is that I needed a right front tire so I called them and asked them where is the front tire is it sitting in car or facing it he said sitting and I told him funny I just had that tire put on a haif hour ago! What a joke so I went somewhere else and had it done for $240.00... awesome! So stay away my daughter gets in her car and the stereo is blaring.

THIS COMPANY CAUSED OVER 5000 DOLLARS WORTH THE DAMAGE TO MY 2007 F150 PU TRUCK THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THEY HAD INSURANCE!!!!! THE FOOL THAT WAS GOING TO DO BRAKE JOB CAUSED MY TRUCK TO FALL OFF THE LIFT DAMAGEING MY TRUCK BED TO TOP IT OFF I BROUGHT IT TO NEALS AUTO BODY WHICH WAS AN OTHER HORROR STORY .I WOULD RATE THIS TIRE COMPANY VERY POOR THE OWNERS SON HAS BIG BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

this shop did over $5000 dollars damage to my ford f150 pu they called me to tell me my truck slid of lift damageing my bed owners son was very much careless attitude toward me in damage did not even apologize for the fool teck who did the damage they said we have insurance big deal my truck was never the same after they had it buyer beware think twice before you go there
