Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. Today I used their auto repair shop for service on my car. My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?
