I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. We are pleased with the service that we receive. We have an Acura and Civic and this company have done a great job with the repairs and maintenance. Some issues that we've had in the past weren't sufficiently assessed and repaired properly by other service providers. However, now that this company is our premier auto mechanic provider, those issues are now of the past. The owner is very polished and knowledgeable about automobiles. He takes the time to educate his clients which we appreciate very much. When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.

This shop has a strong reputation in the Nashua area, and did a good job with my Infiniti G35 coupe. Kyle, the manager, called me after they had the vehicle for a few days to give me an update on the work, which was a nice surprise considering you usually don't expect a peep until everything is done. The work was performed competently and quickly, and I have had no issues so far.
