Brought the car in for diagnosis, they said the engine was "seized" (total BS... I later took the engine apart and while I had melted the pistons, the rotating assembly did move and the engine could still turn over). Said I needed a new engine. Told me they found one to buy, then three months later told me they hadn't actually bought it (without calling me to tell me this). Returned maybe 2 calls in all of 6 months. SO, being a Volvo fanatic, I asked a couple of friends, then brought them an engine. A month later they hadn't even started on the swap. A month after that, I went in and took my car, my engine, and a bunch of parts that I had bought back from them. These guys can't pick up the phone without being hounded, their technician told me I was wrong repeatedly, and nobody was really willing to help. Fortunately after six months they only made me pay for the diagnoses they did in the beginning. Credentials: I took the car and engine and parts home and did the swap myself in my driveway in two weekends, having never done one before on my own. Saved an estimated $1800 and didn't have to deal with them again.

My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?
