Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. Masison's takes service to the next level. I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. I'm so glad a finally found a place that doesn't soak you every chance they get and they did a great job too!

The best Honda shop that I've ever been too. Honest, experienced, knowledgeable and quick. This is what every garage should strive to be at but isn't unfortunately making this my go-to spot to get my car serviced or fixed. Just terrific!

I have a 2008 Sebring Convertable. I was rearended in October. They did an excellent job in fixing it, which wasn't easy because of all the stuff that makes the top go into the trunk and back up again. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with their work. David S. Sloan
