Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The owner is dishonest. I agreed with him to give me 10-15 dollars discount for both oil change and tyre rotation. However, at checkout, he didn't offer a detailed receipt. When I asked for one, he admitted that he used regular engine oil rather than the Mobil one which should be included in his oil change package. And I am pretty sure he only rotated 3 tires rather than 4, but I did not take picture of the order of tires beforehand to challenge him. I will never go there again!
