I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. The owner is dishonest. I agreed with him to give me 10-15 dollars discount for both oil change and tyre rotation. However, at checkout, he didn't offer a detailed receipt. When I asked for one, he admitted that he used regular engine oil rather than the Mobil one which should be included in his oil change package. And I am pretty sure he only rotated 3 tires rather than 4, but I did not take picture of the order of tires beforehand to challenge him. I will never go there again!

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I have always had great service with this MONRO. I recently went to a dealer and they told me I needed $1200 worth of service to my Toyota so I went to them for a second opinion. I have used them in the past for oil changes and brakes and never had a problem. Out of all the things that the dealer told me I needed was a new air filter!! That was it. I will never go back to another dealer again. As for the lady who made the comment about being told the cost would be $660 then her husband being told told $560 I would guess that she heard it wrong.

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!
