The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

This shop has a strong reputation in the Nashua area, and did a good job with my Infiniti G35 coupe. Kyle, the manager, called me after they had the vehicle for a few days to give me an update on the work, which was a nice surprise considering you usually don't expect a peep until everything is done. The work was performed competently and quickly, and I have had no issues so far.

I have been going to Fairbanks Auto Body since I have owned a Vehicle. They are fair-priced, honest, their work is good. Also, scheduling an appointment is quick, I usually drop it off the day after I call and pick it up same day. Highly recommend this garage. -Emilie
