Auto body repair service near Woburn, MA

Charged $232 to remove a stuck bolt. Rude to my wife. They seem to rely on folks who simply pay the bill and don't understand anything about automobile repair and maintenance. Recommend avoiding them.

Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver's door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend - thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of "direction to pay" order, and the repair shop can't give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside..... and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

MY TRUCK DEVELOPED A LOT OF BODY ROT ON THE REAR QUARTERS, COMMON FORD PROBLEM. I NEEDED THE REAR QUARTER PANELS CHANGED BUT DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, GEORGE IS NOT ONLY THE OWNER BUT DOES MOST OF THE COMPLICATED WORK HIMSELF. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND GEORGE DID THE WORK. 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND STATED MY TRUCK WAS READY NOT ONLY DID HE DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT HE CLEANED AND DETAILED MY TRUCK WHILE IT WAS THERE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE AND THANKING HIM FOR A JOB WELL DONE I FOUND OUT HE IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HIS WIFE DID ALL THE DETAIL WORK ITS RARE TO FIND A FAMILY BUSINESS ANYMORE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GEORGES COLLISION CONNECTION.
