Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

I have gone here for fuel, state inspections, tire repair, oil changes and have always been satisfied. Gus, the manager is friendly and will happily give you an estimate ahead of time for any work on your car. Eric Mckean

We have had several experiences with Spectrum on the insurance side of things, meaning I am an appraiser so I can compare Spectrum to other shops in the area. They are by far the most expensive shop in the area. I do not mean expensive in terms of quality, but in terms of writing unnecessary repair estimates on vehicles. They usually write 40-50% higher estimates than other shops in the area. What customers do not realize is the higher the repair cost on the vehicle the lower the value of the vehicle will be in when they go to sell it. Their business practices are questionable at best. If Spectrum does not get exactly what they want on their estimate they will hold the car hostage until they receive full payment, even if some of the services they provide were not done. They also have a history of keeping the car longer than needed to complete the repairs. An average repair that would take 5 days usually results in a month because of multiple supplement requests and unwillingness to work fairly with the insurance company. We have also received many complaints on the quality of the repairs done and complaints about work not being completely done. As long as Glen Massie is running this shop I would STAY AWAY! Take it from the experts, you do not want to take your car here.

After taking my 2003 Landrover to 2 other Land rover dealerships and still not receiving an accurate diagnosis of the problem, Euro Motors was able to accurately diagnose the specific problem with my vehicle in a short amount of time. I will definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

The guys at Automotive Service Garage are the best! The service is excellent and they are absolutely trustworthy. We don't take our cars to anyone else!

Go ANYWHERE else!!! Gave me estimate on repairs for a problem I was having. Two of the part prices they quoted were AT LEAST 400% markup of actual cost. Found out, after taking somewhere else (and checking also with at least 5 other shops), I only needed ONE thing replaced. Meineke's extremely outlandish high-priced rip-off attempts at their over 400% markup part prices were not even in need of repair or replacement!!! I wish one of those "Dateline" type investigations would be done on these crooks.
