I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))

In January 2015, my car was sent there for collision repair after it was recovered stolen. Not only did I trust these people with a fairly new car, they made it worse! Fast forward, 5 months, and I am still missing parts for my vehicle that my insurance claim paid for. I am in total disgust with these people. The owner told me repeatedly that he will get the parts that I needed and not to worry. Well, the final straw came in May 2014 when he vehemently denied that he owed me any part and that he had no recollection of telling me that he was going to put the missing part on my car. These people are total scam artists. I had to literally take my car back to the dealership for repairs that were not properly done by AY MOTORING/BAGGERS AKA IDEAL MOTORS. These people work together. If I could do this all over again, my new car would go straight to the dealership and not let these unprofessionals handle my vehicle. Please read reviews before shopping for collision experts, because these people ARE NOT EXPERTS!!

Al the owner was so kind, they not only towed my car but took care of my deductible which helped me soo much!! I rear-ended the car in front of me on a horrible snow day and demolished the whole front of my car! I got my car back in 2 and half weeks and looked better than new. Highly recommend and will definitley go back. Thanks Ideal collision you saved me!
