Collision/theft repair
These people are HORRIBLE!!!!! In January 2015, my car was sent there for collision repair after it was recovered stolen. Not only did I trust these people with a fairly new car, they made it worse! Fast forward, 5 months, and I am still missing parts for my vehicle that my insurance claim paid for. I am in total disgust with these people. The owner told me repeatedly that he will get the parts that I needed and not to worry. Well, the final straw came in May 2014 when he vehemently denied that he owed me any part and that he had no recollection of telling me that he was going to put the missing part on my car. These people are total scam artists. I had to literally take my car back to the dealership for repairs that were not properly done by AY MOTORING/BAGGERS AKA IDEAL MOTORS. These people work together. If I could do this all over again, my new car would go straight to the dealership and not let these unprofessionals handle my vehicle. Please read reviews before shopping for collision experts, because these people ARE NOT EXPERTS!!

Repaired car after accident
Honestly wondeful service! Al the owner was so kind, they not only towed my car but took care of my deductible which helped me soo much!! I rear-ended the car in front of me on a horrible snow day and demolished the whole front of my car! I got my car back in 2 and half weeks and looked better than new. Highly recommend and will definitley go back. Thanks Ideal collision you saved me!

COLLISON REPAIR
TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS BY REFERRAL HAD I KNOWN THAT SERVICE WAS SHITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD HAVE NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THAT PLACE, I'M VERY UNSATISFIED THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR 2 MONTHS MAXED OUT MY RENTAL COVERAGE NOW DRIVING SOME BS LOANER I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATIFICATION I GUESS AT IDEAL THERE'S NOT A SUCH THING. THEY TELL YOU YOUR CAR WILL BE READY 1 DAY AND IT BE WEEKS LATER. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN AN WILL NEVER REFER NO ONE. I WISH I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS FIRST BECAUSE I WOULD'VE WENT ELSE WHERE. VERY UNPROFESSION AND FULL OF CRAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED MAN OR WOMAN NEVR GO THERE FOR COLLISON REPAIRS.

Minor Collision
WORSE PLACE EVER I PLAN TO REPORT THIS PLACE FOR SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED BY SO CALLED "PROFFESIONALS". A BUSINESS WITH SUCH DEPRECIATED CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A BUISINESS IS TOTALLY ABSENT! I CANT BELIEVE I HAD TO TURN IN MY RENTAL 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY CAR IS "ALMOST" READY! THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALREADY MAXED OUT THE NUMBER OF DAYS OF THE RENTAL AND THE CAR STILL ISNT READY!! THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC AND NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN OR NEED TO BE OVERHAULED BY "REAL" WORKERS AND BETTER MANAGEMENT! ITS THE CUSTOMER THAT MAKE A BUSINESS STAY ALIVE NOT THE OTHERE WAY AROUND!!! OVERALL DONT COME HERE IF SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
