Dear Sir, I am not sure if you knew formers owners of your collision shop or not. But I was wondering if either the owner now od anyone would remember my grandfather that used to own it in the 60's and 70's?, His name was Stanley Faupel, also my father used to work there with him. These people are HORRIBLE!!!!! In January 2015, my car was sent there for collision repair after it was recovered stolen. Not only did I trust these people with a fairly new car, they made it worse! Fast forward, 5 months, and I am still missing parts for my vehicle that my insurance claim paid for. I am in total disgust with these people. The owner told me repeatedly that he will get the parts that I needed and not to worry. Well, the final straw came in May 2014 when he vehemently denied that he owed me any part and that he had no recollection of telling me that he was going to put the missing part on my car. These people are total scam artists. I had to literally take my car back to the dealership for repairs that were not properly done by AY MOTORING/BAGGERS AKA IDEAL MOTORS. These people work together. If I could do this all over again, my new car would go straight to the dealership and not let these unprofessionals handle my vehicle. Please read reviews before shopping for collision experts, because these people ARE NOT EXPERTS!!
