Ac and heating repair service near Mount Clemens, MI

I'm sick of coming to this place for an oil change and they always find that I need major work. And of course I don't. Why can't this place just give you your oil change and leave you alone. I'm sick of this place and especially Mike, the manager, who is a complete jerk, especially toward women. Save yourself some aggravation and don't go to this shop.

I was given a verbal estimate of the costs to fix and the estimate was correct. They promptly went to work on the vehicle. I am always pleased with the amount of effort these guys put out in order to resolve the source of my problem. See you agin soon.

Had a real rough one… ac didn’t work and we thought we would live with it. When the compressor seized and smoked off the belt we had to get it replaced. Joe got us in quickly and done ahead of schedule!! We wanted to go out of town and we were pushing it, but they got it done earlier then originally planned!! Thanks guys!! Now our car seems to blow ice cubes out of the vents!!

I still can't get over how smoothly my car is running! Thank you for the great service, hospitality, and explaining things in an understandable way. I usually dread taking my car into anywhere for service but I feel like I now have a trusted place to visit when needed. A few months ago the shop owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic, polite, understanding. We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.
