Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))

These people are HORRIBLE!!!!! In January 2015, my car was sent there for collision repair after it was recovered stolen. Not only did I trust these people with a fairly new car, they made it worse! Fast forward, 5 months, and I am still missing parts for my vehicle that my insurance claim paid for. I am in total disgust with these people. The owner told me repeatedly that he will get the parts that I needed and not to worry. Well, the final straw came in May 2014 when he vehemently denied that he owed me any part and that he had no recollection of telling me that he was going to put the missing part on my car. These people are total scam artists. I had to literally take my car back to the dealership for repairs that were not properly done by AY MOTORING/BAGGERS AKA IDEAL MOTORS. These people work together. If I could do this all over again, my new car would go straight to the dealership and not let these unprofessionals handle my vehicle. Please read reviews before shopping for collision experts, because these people ARE NOT EXPERTS!!

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THE EXACT SAME WORK TO BE DONE TWICE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Autometric did a fantastic job. The repair was done quickly and even more scratches on my car were repaired with my asking. Everything matched perfectly. Car came back clean, freshly washed. I have been here before and will continue to use this company.

Dear Sir, I am not sure if you knew formers owners of your collision shop or not. But I was wondering if either the owner now od anyone would remember my grandfather that used to own it in the 60's and 70's?, His name was Stanley Faupel, also my father used to work there with him. I would truly appreciate it if you could provide any info. Thank You
