I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. Extremely poor customer service... Brad Ward (owner) refused to give me a quote until I showed him the insurance company estimate. I told him it didn't matter what the estimate was if I was paying out of my pocket. I simply need an estimate. He refused to give me one and proceeded to yell and scream at me so loudly that other people in the room could hear him when I held the phone away from my ear. I will NEVER do business with someone like this... Customer service was non-existant.
