Alignment service near Brentwood, MO

My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Many trips to the Dealership and I was told this was normal oil consumption . Not convinced I found Autos of Europe and explained the situation to the Service Manager. He seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and convinced me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion telling me they run into this all the time. Brought my car in on Monday and had a diagnosis the same day, yes, the same day. I informed them I had an extended warranty and they worked with my warranty company to have the turbocharger replaced and the PCV system repaired, the warranty covered all the repairs. 2 years at the dealer with no result, never again.

They did the repairs.

Entrusted this shop w/ work on a recently purchased Jeep. Work was completed in good time and done extremely well. Will absolutely use again. Good to find a trustworthy shop that does good work. Dan K. St. Louis, MO

Mark and his entire staff are great people to deal with. They are friendly, honest and knowledgable. The pricing is fair, the service is top notch. You need to take your vehicle here for all your repair and maintenance needs. I use their new Ellisville location. My brother and his entire family take their vehicles to the Fenton location. These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look at my car. I had experienced trouble with it on our one hour drive to dance class. Jeff took the time to test it and even put it up on the lift after closing. This ended up possibly saving our lives. A mechanic from a different shop had neglected to secure bolts that held the tire to the steering mechanism. They were literally ready to fall off and might have on my 70 mph ride home. The manager was kind, thorough, and saved me from driving home later at 11:00 p.m. with a car that would have been unsafe for my daughter and me. I'm grateful for his help and professional manner when it was closing time.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

I had my car inspected there the end of September for the mandatory state inspection - it passed flying colors... now two months later - I'm told the brakes and struts need to be totally re-done because there's no pad left on the brakes and they are dangerous....... TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!
