Showed up for appointment made online and they denied having it in their system at the garage and wouldn't serve me.

A little bit goes a long way when it comes to customer service. A word of advise, when you scrape off the old inspection sticker it would be nice if you clean off the sticker instead of leaving it all the laying on the dash. Thank you.

Plaza Tire on Broadway in Columbia, MO leaves a whole lot to be desired. The bigwigs at Cape Girardeau & Sun Auto who owns them know the details - but only listened to Zach...very sad indeed!

My daughter only had a 1 day window on getting her vehicle inspected as she had to go back to. school. Plaza got her in and out efficiently and were very polite to her as well.

I needed new tires for my 1998 Jeep TJ. Also wear was uneven and I suspected an alignment issue. David Hawkins was very helpful and I ended up getting larger tires based on his and another guy at Plazas suggestion and I love the new profile.
