Alignment service near Platte City, MO

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service! We were extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the exceptional customer service. Over the last 6 years we have used Weaver's 3 times. I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics were performed. I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.

I have used David & team for over 3 years now. I would recommend them for any type of work. Very reasonable. David is fantastic at explaining things in detail & talking through what needs to be fixed. I am a single mother & never worried a bit about being ripped off. I took my suv back in August for Ac repair front and rear. Thought it got repaired it's April and Ac is not working if I bring Ac in for repair the Ac shouldebeen repaired not patched to have to bring back later but then warranty don't cover repairs because they claim it's leaking from hoses. The I'm told other problems about my vehicle I didn't even ask about. Not satisfied and they weren't helpful at all

Thanks to Chris and the staff at Royal for working hard on fixing my Toyota van. I was visiting from out of state for Memorial day weekend and the radiator blew. The guys at Royal are top notch in making sure the job is done correctly. They were very helpful in making decisions and safety was their number one goal.The job was complete and WE MADE IT HOME SAFE!! Thanks again. 5 stars guys :)
