I had an appointment and the people that came into the shop area were ... read more I had an appointment and the people that came into the shop area were extremely polite and even as I waited for my oil change, the manager, I am just guessing, was so polite and helpful to all the customers, whether answering questions or saying that if they brought their car in, he would make sure it got done that day. He seemed so pleasant! Very impressed with that attitude, it will definitely keep customers coming back!
