I never received updates unless I stopped in or called repeatedly. During the replacement, they were not able to get parts costs and delayed completion repeatedly. After getting the car back, an oil line they created blew on track. I brought it back for them to fix and it took another 3 weeks for them to fix their error. Never took responsibility or offered to make things right. Please learn from my very costly lesson and find somewhere else to go. For a place named 'motorsports' they do not seem to understand the danger they placed me in when I lost all the oil from my new engine and lost control on track.

The prices are reasonable and the customer service is THE best I have received in a very long time! Josh was extremely nice and accommodating when I arrived an hour late! I especially like the little "extras", like the ? in my vent and the Thank You cookie in my cup holder ... and then this follow up text... amazing! I will definitely be giving high praises to others and will be scheduling to get other things fixed on my car soon! Thank You! Robin Pike

To make long story short, I once used Peak Auto for a Jaguar about 5or 6 years ago, and have received great price, good service, plus a loaner. I called this time about BMW engine decarbonization and was quoted $1,200 plus tax, while Leith BMW quoted $900 for the same job. This is the second time I called Peak for a price within the last three years or so, and each time they were few hundred dollars more expensive than the car dealer. The advice I got was not to clean injectors, at $20 a piece, while that is a cheaper procedure that can eliminate the need for costly decarbonation, and every mechanic I spoke to suggested that as a first step after I changed all the spark plugs and coils. I will not go back.
