I initially used "Creech" by a referral from Judson Root. he informed me that they were able to repair an electrical problem with his Lexus that even the Toyota dealership told him was unfixable; he HIGHLY recommended them when I was having an electrical issue with my Sienna. Since then I have not only used them on numerous occasions, but also have recommended them to other HIGHLY satisfied friends and family. Had the opportunity once again to take my vehicles to Creech Import for general maintenance including oil/filter change, tire rotation, state inspection, overall safety and maintenance checks and services. They never disappoint. Always friendly and professional; taking the extra precautions in this COVID environment for customer and employee safety and excellent service. If you haven't used Creech for you auto service needs, you must give them a try!

From the moment I call Creech to schedule my car maintenance appointment I know I am a valued customer. All the staff at Creech are polite, courteous, & deeply mechanically knowledgeable. They have best customer waiting area I have ever seen at any auto repair shop. Additionally, they offer fully stocked kids play room to help keep the little ones happy while waiting! Every repair I have come to Creech for is completed efficiently. I'm in and out faster than I expect & do NOT have to return bc they fix things correctly, the first time. If I need auto service, I need Creech and thats all there is to it! :)

General Maintenance
Took my Camry in for maintenance here for the first time. Had lost trust in dealership over recommendations for costly repairs that didn't SEEM to be needed. And it was true - dealership wanted to charge me $1300 for an unneeded repair. While I waited at Creech for the maintenance to be completed, I heard several conversations with customers... I know I'm dealing with someone now who will tell me the truth - what is needed, what can wait, etc. No more going to the Glenwood Avenue dealership that probably targets females over 50 and tries to sell them unneeded repairs.

I have turned to Creech since they opened there doors for anything I cannot handle. I'm on my 2nd Trooper and they are the only people who work on it besides myself.
