I had brought my car to Sun city to have my spark plugs changed out. The price for my spark plugs and a replacement gasket came out to $120 but labor was over $300. I looked past that because I have been going to them in the past and maybe they did take there time and it was worth it, but when I opened my hood after the service my insulation and plastic between my intake and valve cover gasket were smashed and cracked up, again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car all the way back so they can look at the damage and they said they try to be as carful as they can and that “stuff gets brittle and old and there’s nothing you can do to prevent that” I was just asking for a simple replacement for the part and the Owner himself told me “If you think you have a showcar then work on it yourself and don’t bring it to us next time”. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not need to be dealing with customers. I only wanted a replacement and just got mean looks and attitude from the owner and do not enough trust bringing my car on that lot anymore even for them to fix it.

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. My wife took my truck in (I had out of state tags at the time) to repair the exhaust system. I had no other problems. The mechanic went on about how much my truck was "a piece of junk. Offer to sell us a car he had fixed up. When I got my truck back, I no have difficulty starting it, there is exhuast coming out from under the cab of the truck and I now have a leak in my transmission. None of this was happening BEFORE I took it in. This guy is either crooked or incompetent. I wont give him a second chance to prove to me which one it is.

I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

I know zero about cars. Actually, less than zero. Would you consider that negative? Thankfully I found these guys. I worked at WBTV for more than nine years and this is where we take all of our station vehicles. After seeing just how nice everyone at Fleet was (from the front desk to the garage), I started taking my own car there. Lance is getting up there in age. Yes, my car is named Lance. He's a Mitsubishi Lancer. Creative... I know. I can't say enough about this place. When I was obviously ripped off by another garage, the good people at Fleet were the first ones to help. The workers here are always open and honest about everything. They take me to work if I have to drop my car off or offer to come get me when it's ready. Earlier this year, I blew a tire on 77 (if you haven't been through that... it's frightening). I called hysterically crying. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to come help me. Lucky for them, some nice good Samaritans stopped and I was able to tell the troops to retreat. Location: You can't see the shop from Wilkinson Blvd... just the sign. Pull in next to Paper Doll Lounge and drive back down the little gravel road. Price-wise: Fleet is a little more expensive than the chain shops out there, but I really don't think you can put a price tag on honesty and integrity. Great group of guys here. Polite and respectful. They never talk down to me, always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I may have.

The guy at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Went in to get an alignment and by the time my car was finally finished it ended up being almost $1200.00. If you are a woman make sure you get a second opinion. They will try to make sure you get a bunch of other stuff that really is not an issue at the time. Would not recommend.
