Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. I had an awesome experience with Charly, who owns the place. I am mildly up on cars (and people), enough to know when I'm getting ripped off. I think. Charly was awesome. When I showed up to First Foreign, Charly made sure he dropped what he was doing to come deal with me personally. He spent a few minutes going over the car with me, and made sure he understood everything I was having trouble with before he let me go. The next day, he called with a list of fix-it opportunities, and we made a plan on what we were going to work on. He did an awesome job of being consultative, rather than selling--he gave it to me straight, and I was the boss of what we actually worked on. He then made sure to give me price estimates on everything, spelling out parts & labor costs. He made sure I knew about all my options (like with tires, I could pick between the more expensive factory tires and a less expensive after-market brand. We talked about my driving pattern, and he suggested I go for the less expensive option). He gave me a day estimate and stuck to it. The price was awesomely reasonable for all the work that was done (he even took care of a few quirks for free). I picked up the car during the weekend, and Charly made sure to talk to me on Monday about what was done, what he thinks is left to do, and what to do going forward into the future (how/where to sell this car and get a different one, when it's time to move on). He did an awesome job building a relationship with me--I'll be a customer as long as I'm within driving distance. By the way--the car drives like butter. I never thought it would drive so well.
