He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Dropped my car off Dec. 7 2019 found the parts but still did not do any work on it and no communication. Picked up today Sept. 15 2020. Called twice first time i called and spoke to him he had an excuse that he didn't have any help and not able to get to it. Second time called same excuse. Saw posted videos of cars that were being done at his shop that were brought in after mine... he was working on cars that paid more money... didn't work on mine cause the payout wasn't worth his time... unless you have thousands and thousands of damage done to your car he won't get to it until the expensive work is done first... don't waste your time he is very unprofessional... and i will never recommend him and will post this review over all social media that i can to spread the news his Unprofessional business practices
