I’ve been going to Hans Wittlers for 20 years and will probably never take my foreign car to another mechanic. Their pricing is reasonable, definitely much better than the dealerships. They treat you very well and work with you. Roger and Andres have always been excellent! They are professional and definitely do not recommend unnecessary services just to make $. To sum it up, thank you for the years of great service! See you soon for the next maintenance. Again, Thank you! Rebecca Rockett

We took our volvo into another repair shop. We were told that they didn't have the tools to work on our vehicle. I then called Rio Rancho imports and asked the gentleman if they had the tools to work on my vehicle. I told him what happened at the other shop. I was told yes they do have the tools needed to work on my vehicle. We made an appointment and took our vehicle in to Rio Rancho Imports. While our vehicle was there, an employee called to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle and also said they don't have the tools to work on it. When picking up the vehicle, I explained again, that the only reason why we took the vehicle to them was because I was told they had the tools to work on it. The gentleman apologized but still charged us a diagnostic fee. The owner sent my husband a text asking how the service went. I replied telling him what happened. He apologized and took no further action. We then took the vehicle to a 3rd repair shop, Independent Volvo Services. They were able to repair the vehicle without any special tools. They said some of the volvo models need a special tool but ours did not. My husband called the owner at Rio Rancho imports. He again apologized but did not refund our diagnostic fee.

After terrible experiences with Rich Ford, we read great reviews about One Stop Auto Care and decided to try them out. Could not be more impressed by their customer service and knowledgeable staff. My car is running perfectly and the "issue" Ford recommended I fix did not exist. Will be returning for regular service with my car.

I have to hand it to Chuy Martinez over at AE on Corrales Road. He helped this damsel in distress with honesty, a great willingness to fix a problem, making accommodation for me on a busy day and for not gouging me on the cost. I had a mechanic install my new deck and speakers and I wound up with some issues. Chuy diligently dug into my car dash eagerly, deftly and intelligently to get the diagnostic done- for free! Once the problem was ID'ed, he double checked the whole system and set his technician, Jo-Jo, to the task. With a brilliant usage of time management, my stereo was up and running in no time at all, wired safely and correctly, and a full report of what had gone wrong was explained to me. The honest diagnosis revealed a lot about my mechanic, and I am now making an informed business decision on said mechanic's future employment based on that information. I am grateful for that. The bill at the end of the whole ordeal was laughably small. I was expecting to be raked over coals. My complements to the fellas all around! I was a little dubious about going to AE, but found it very satisfying. When I need more speakers installed, and maybe tint, I will give Chuy a call once again.

I greatly appreciate the “above and beyond the call of duty” work ethic they produce. Each time I have had some work done on my car they also find something else that needed to be looked into. I can’t tell you how many times I am thankful for that and how it has saved my road trips. I went in for spark plugs and they also informed me and repaired a timing belt that otherwise would have gone unchecked. Awesome work.

Went to the dump on Eubank so many times for them to fix their bad job on my Honda Element windshield back in Sept. What a mstake that was. I should have gone to Safelight like everyone told me. They didn't seal the windshield correctly. I had to go back and waste two hours of my life sitting there in that FILTHY dump. Then... I found out my clips were broken on the outside pillars of the windshield, they said oh yeah they're broken... but they ddnt DISCLOSE that to me that they BROKE my clips... I had to find out. So then you know, oh Ill order the clips.. then I see that they're only providing clips for one side but BOTH pillars are broken. Yeah, then they tell me that I MYSELF broke the pillars and clips.... YEAH because I FIXED MY OWN WINDSHIELD, right? I went back today and the owner told me I broke them myself or "maybe your brother broke the other side when he fixed the other side" and I was in disbielief. Wouldn't you want to make your customer happy? Instead of accusing them of breaking something I went there to get fixed and you broke? DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO SAFELIGHT of JIFFYLUBE to get a REAL PROFESSIONAL JOB DONE. NEVER RETURN phone calls from the "owner" and acuse you of stuff... NOT THE WAY A CUSTOMER WANTS TO BE TREATED.

I had scheduled them to come out and replace my ignition lock, which is the key and tumbler. I had first spoke with someone on a Monday and a next appointment time available. I advised I would have to verify because I would be at work and wouldn't be able to be there. I called back within 20 minutes and left a message. I ended up calling 3 more times that day and no response, left message each time. I called the following morning, no one returned my messages, and spoke with a person who set up for an appointment which was for a different day but still took the appointment. I figured they forgot about me or another appoinment was scheduled since no one returned my call and apparently gave my appointment away. I advised numerous times that I would not be there due to work and that the vehicle was at a family members house. My appointment was to be at 10 am they were an hour late, I got a call about 10 minutes prior to my appointment that they would be there late. When they got there I get a call from my family member that they won't do it due to Federal law, and the registered owner needed to be there. That is fine but I explained myself and the situation numerous times prior to the appointment. My family and the person who came to the house got in to an argument and he refused to give me service. I called back to see what happened and apologize for the situation, instead the worker continued to argue with and even told me I don't know who I'm ******* with and that I need to watch out because he has my address. I didn't use profanity or argue with him but he continued to threaten and use profanity. I don't recommend them and I plan on filing a complaint with BBB because this was uncalled for. You can't operate under a business and threaten clients, regardless if you gave them service or not. Do not use these people, they are rude and act like thugs when an issue occurs. On top of that I had to continually call after initially speaking with someone to just get in contact. Long story short bad service, bad people skills, and even worse when it came to customer service or lack thereof.

Horrible and dishonest. All I wanted was my heater fixed. My BMW Z3 Roadster middle console paneling was perfect condition when I took it in and the clock worked great. When I got it back, the console was warped and they tried to glue it on. The clock worked and looked perfect before I took it in. when I got it back it was hanging loosely and did not work. They tried to tell me the console panel and clock were already like that and it wasn't them that broke it. These guys tried to cover up with lies and won't stand by their work. I found out later that they were supposed to take out the entire middle console and not just the panel. Of course the panel would break from them prying it out. They charged me over $1000 and now it's costing me $1000 to fix what they broke. I believe these are guys taking advantage of women. The owner even called me honey when trying to explain about the console and clock. Rotten people and business owners. I ended up taking my car to a different place to fix Dan's mistakes. They told me that Dan's taped the clock back on because they broke the pieces that hold it onto the panel. I've been advised to only deal with the BMW dealership because they back up their work with waurantee. Dan's does not. Do not go to them.

In mid-October, my truck wouldn't start and I had it towed to Wayne's. He'd done work on it in the past and always seemed fair and good. The truck was looked over and I was given an estimate for numerous items that needed attention. Service was prompt and seemed alright on the surface. The truck was not leaking oil prior to being serviced in October. Since then, I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor, and even smelled burning oil while driving about a week after having the services done... $520 later. Today I returned to have it checked out. I'm now being told the valve cover gaskets are leaking, and the transfer case is leaking heavily. They were unable to provide me an estimate while there, instead telling me I need to return another time to have an accurate estimate done (across town, mind you). I'm not clearly understanding the attempted explanation as to why this wasn't occurring before they performed the work and oil change, and/or why it wasn't noticed when they did diagnostics on the truck to begin with. Bottom line, I no longer feel they stand behind their work and truly feel like I'm being taken advantage of... seems they just want MORE money! I will not be returning to Wayne's ever, and I don't recommend them to anyone else at this point!

So I will start off by saying i went in on Thursday to check out the place and i was greeted by the owner Mike who seemed nice and he started to sell me on his product " Compustar " over the Viper brand. I liked what i heard despite the fact he would answer personal calls in front of me and jump between things as we would talk, but despite that i scheduled a 9 am appointment the following day on Friday. I show up exactly at 9 am and it takes about 30 min of talking to let him know how i wanted my car setup with an alarm. I have a collector's edition car that i didn't want any holes drilled or anything intrusive and we came to a solution and was guaranteed it would be complete to my satisfaction within 4-5 hours. I waited all day in the store and finally walked home around 12PM, I called to check progress and i was told 2PM at the latest. I called at 145 PM before I walked over and then it was 230PM at the Latest. Once i got there the "TECH" wasn't done an needed my approval on 1 whole to be drilled and I understood waiting for my approval and Im glad he did so. Once seeing how he worked and "treated " my collectors edition car i was angry but gave the benefit of the doubt. So after about 2 more hours of " almost done " I had no car and the door locks didn't work and neither did my trunk. The owner Mike blamed it on "wrong" wiring diagrams and the "tech" didn't know what he was doing and his "professional Tech" was off sick that day. So after hearing he knowlingly let his less experienced "tech" touch my car and seeing it took all day i was pissed. The tech was bleeding all over my white car and throwing lights, metal tools, and parts as well as his personal phone all over the leather and 15 year old plastic. I finally said "its 5PM is my car done?" It wasn't so I had my brother come pick me up for dinner till about 545 PM and I came back to it not being done and he's putting back together and driving it out. Mike the owner said he would take $100 off the $500+tax bill. He said " pay me $250 and well reschedule to finish up my car for an even $400." I was pissed they had my car all day it was beat up and bled on and i got it with the lights staying on, no locks at all, a fuse blown that wasnt fixed, and wire all over my floor. I refused to pay for a system that didn't work and for my car being mistreated. Mike continued to argue and blame it on his tech not being there and his " NAGGING WIFE calling him all day" and to CUT HIM SOME SLACK!. He proceeded to say" pay me 250 now and when you bring your car back ill rip it all out and refund you the rest" and he wanted to keep my car. I said NO I'm taking my car and not paying your anything. Mike got angry and said FINE DONT PAY and walked outside and told his tech to GIVE HIM THE KEYS and then threw my keys at me and said " HERE!" and walked inside and shut the door on us. Once i realized my lights wouldnt turn off i walked up and knocked and he didn't say anything and i asked if his tech can tell me what he did to keep them on so my battery didn't die, he said " walk down and ask the tech myself" and shut the door. Once the tech asked if i did it myself he pulled the glove box down and ripped out wires by hand and said its all good. once i got home they stayed on and i had to pull my own fuses to keep them off. So i have no locks or alarm on my car its dirty with fingerprints and scratches and my leather is messed up. They used no seat covers or fender wrap or any protection. DONT EVER GO HERE!! ITS A JOKE AND A SCAM!!! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR!! OR TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

Took my newly purchased clean/mint condition corvette to the Eubank location to tint my windows. Its a 2 door coupe (100$ job) how hard can it be huh? These so called "professionals" scratched both my rear quarter panels and rear bumper cover (basically the area around the rear hatch glass they were working on and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Walter (the owner of all three locations in town) first told me his insurance would take care of it and to bring in an estimate. Turns out he was just jerking me around and decided that he wouldn't cover the damages that his employees caused to my vehicle! I got a variety of excuses ranging from we've never scratched a car in the past X years to well my employee couldn't have scratched it because he doesn't have anything sharp in his tool belt to accusing me of dropping off a scratched up car in the first place (which I just purchased and had witnesses and pictures showing it was spotless).
