I think that The Master's Touch is one of the best bargains in auto repair that I have experienced in my ~50 years of car driving and ownership. They not only correctly identified the cause for an oil leak on my Nissan 350Z, which had been misdiagnosed by the dealer, but they completed the repair and fixed a few other things for about 60% of the dealer's cost estimate. On top of that they are very pleasant to deal with.

The service provider professionals listened and fully checked out my considerations for the servicing of my 1999 V70 wagon that has over 330,000 miles on its engine. My concern was about suspension issues which turned out to be different from what I thought. Warranted parts were replaced and seals and boots that were just beginning to break down were replaced inexpensively and before failures. In peeling the onion of suspension with tire balancing and alignment the actual cause of my suspect suspension issues were remedied. I drive consistently over gravel roads and now feel exceptionally secure in both handling and braking. They have spared me large costs and troublesome breakdowns. I am so grateful for the kindness and thorough service that I have received over these last years from the Master's Touch team!!!

I appreciated the money saving coupon. Previous time I was charged $90. for oil change which seemed excessive. The waiting room/office was disgusting and dirty. Couldn't wait to leave!

Volvo Repair
I am so grateful for Thomas and his outstanding work/business ethic. Before finding The Master's Touch, I have had ridiculously bad luck with auto shops. A few years back, I purchased a used 1999 V70. I immediately had issues with the car and turned to Internet for guidance on trustworthy auto repair shops. Unfortunately, the Internet can be misleading. I first took my car to IVS and they drained my pockets, while never truly fixing the car. I looked into a different shop and thankfully, found The Master's Touch! I was excited because, not only did they have great reviews, but they also give a 10% discount to college students! Being a mother and going to school full time, can be very challenging, especially finding extra cash for unexpected auto repairs. I am grateful that I have found a trustworthy business, that always helps me get back on the road!! Please don't hesitate to take your car here, you'll be in good hands!!! -Victoria Lopez
