Avoid at all costs!!! I contacted this repair shop about dropping my vehicle off after hours. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday evening at 7 PM. I followed the instructions and left a note with all pertinent information and the keys in their dropbox. I was parked in a designated spot in front of their business. I instructed them that I would be on vacation for the next several days and to call me with information about my vehicle. I never heard from them and when I returned they did not know where my vehicle was! I found out it was towed on Saturday evening from their lot. They had never checked their lockbox all day on Friday, but when they did discover my note and keys do you think they called me? Absolutely not. Total ignorance.

they rush thru repairs to make work look good on the outside. they do not use self etching primer or any corrosion protection to prevent rust from starting, I also seen painter not using spray booth and releasing harmful vapors into our atmosphere, they do this 24/7. the shop area is very dirty and unorganized, they stay in business by taking insurance repairs from progressive and charging less , but skip important steps to lower costs and keep more cash for themselves insted of doing the right repair procedure. TAKE A LOOK INSIDE THE SHOP IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT I AM STATING......
