HERE IS A TRUE HONEST REVIEW...IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE.....DO NOT GO HERE. FIRST, I NOTICED WHEN I WENT THERE IN THE PAST EVERYONE IS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE. I HEARD TWO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME CHARGED $375.00 FOR A MUFFLER AND PIPE. HOW COULD THREE DIFFERENT CARS BE THE SAME PRICE. HERE IS WHAT GOT ME....THE OWNER ASKED ME TO PAY CASH FOR THE $375.00 PRICE OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE HIGHER AND TAX ON TOP OF THAT. I WAS STILL OFFERED THE LIFETIME WARRANTY EVEN IF PAID CASH. ANYWAY, THE MUFFLER INSTALLED FROM DAY ONE HAD INTERNAL VIBRATION. I WENT BACK SEVERAL TIMES...HE TOLD ME IT WAS THE MOTOR MOUNTS....THEN HE SAID IT WAS THE RIM.....THEN HE JUST SAID THE CAR WAS OLD. (WHAT GREAT ANSWERS) I WENT THERE OVER THREE TIMES AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. i WENT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND HE SAID IT WAS THE MUFFLER. I WENT BACK TO MEINEKE AND HE SAID WHERE IS THE RECEIPT, AND I TOLD HIM YOU KNOW YOU ASKED ME TO PAY CASH. ANYWAY, HE OFFERED TO FIX FOR $250.00....REALLY IS THAT FAIR, BEWARE ALL

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.

I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

Mr. JUNIOR GENAO, the sales representative, has helped me tremendously; he was convincing but not pushy. I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Overall, I am happy with the staff in the showroom who are friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely, I will recommend your Branch to my friends. Rosario Faraon
