I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. This place is bogus. My wife towed there by AAA. Told cost $20 to inspect her tire. After they then said needs to be replaced. She waited over 5 hours while they took in to bays cars that arrived after! When she asked when she might be out of there never an answer from service writer. The tecnition drops car off jack as sales woman and wife watched. Next day I contacted Firestone corporate. Very nice people.. In tern they said they wouuld have the manager ocntact me. Some dim wit named Joel very rude and combative.Called my wife a liar! Over past 60 years my family's trucking business has spent millions on Firestone truck tires. As of today not another dime!
