That in and of itself would have been ok except, the man at the counter was rude, brusque, and refused to try to accommodate my husband despite it being their problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone - especially a person of color (my husband is from India). At the very least they need to drastically improve their customer service. Not what I have come to expect from an AAA certified establishment.

The folks at ASI are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about every aspect of a vehicle. I am extremely satisfied and feel completely safe in my vehicle, knowing it was fixed correctly. They have earned my business for life!
Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter ... read more Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.
