Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE

I took my car there to have the door lock fixed and they broke my window, as in it no longer goes up and down and when I took it back they refused to fix it.

Neil Hockenberry took my money to purchase parts to fix my car, and he never returned, he did not fix my car he kept texting me with excuses for 4 days and saying he would come the next day but he never showed up and when I asked for my money back, he refused to give my money back So as far as I'm concerned he is a thief and a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN he will take your money and you will never see him again!
