DO NOT GO HERE!!!Took my vehicle in because my heater wasn't working. They fixed that, they fixed the water pump(stating that they took apart the motor and fixed that)...when we picked it up Bob did tell us that he drove our vehicle (he charged us for fuel to fill it up) to make sure everything worked. (Sounds like something they would do)We drove it straight home after the repair shop. We were going to take it to go shopping and it was a hot day so we turned it on to cool it down as we have a child. HOWEVER Now the issue was the Ac wasnt working (which it was working perfectly fine before we took it to 808) we took it back, Bob stated the ac refrigerant was empty.... (how!!??? we didnt drive it anywhere it was parked after we got it...)They filled it up. Took it straight home again. After parking it we noticed that there was a puddle underneath the car... Called 808 back, on the phone call Bob stated the exact words" maybe she drove it around and got a rock stuck in the radiator... gee that was very specific." We havent driven it other then to the repair shop and back. There are no gravel roads on the way to or from the repair shop and our property... Took it back to 808,who now states there is infact a rock and a crack... THATS VERY SPECIFIC TO THE WORDS HE STATED OF WHAT IT MAY BE and that I had done...VERY CONVINIENT.(Thinking back when he did state he drove it around to make sure the heater worked) Now it's another 1300 to fix the Ac ontop of the 2500 we already paid for the heater not working. THEY BROKE OUR AC AND NOW WE NEED TO PAY FOR IT TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE CLOSED. THEY CREATE A PROBLEM SO YOU KEEP COMING BACK TO THEM. NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMERS THAT THIS HAPPENED TO AND IT WONT BE THE LAST. I'f you want your vehicle to be fixed don't take it here. We were long time customers, after this we will never recommend and will be telling everyone to avoid.

This shop has proven to me that they are knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I got excellent, fast, and reliable service for some recent electrical problems with my Nissan truck. The best experience I've ever had with a shop, hands down. I was about to cut bait on this car, after so many unresolved issues kept stacking up, but figured I'd give it one more chance with a new shop. So glad I did, because the car now runs and drives better than ever.. by a lot. Everything they did was clearly explained, plus they prioritized what needed to be done now, and what could wait. Tony did a great job adjusting, cleaning & greasing.I drive the freeway at least 10 times a week and there's a lot of stop & go during rush hour, then the side streets & intersections...so after hearing a squeak every time I used the brake pedal (weather the car was standing still or moving) for a couple months, I thought I'd have them check it out.I dropped-off the car Saturday morning around 10 AM and got a call about an hour later that it was fixed.This '94 Camry with over 165,000 miles on it is feel'n pretty good right now. What a difference! Less than $90.00 for the tender care that was administered.

Got my 2008 Audi A-4 s-line fixed. After I bought it from coparts, had all the body work and repair done at Alpina auto, since I'm friends with the owner. Great job, only the check engine light kept coming on, and every time they scanned it, it came back with an EVAP code. Called Nazier, who was kind and patient, and I dropped off my car to see if they could figure it out. I had read so many amazing reviews online that claimed he had the best prices, and does the best work. 2 days later, got a call from Jared, who said they found the problem and ordered a part to replace the Evap hose, which was cracked. Price was $383 for part+installation. Seemed a bit pricey, and I had originally done a 3 star review, but Nazier called me and explained why it cost me that much and he really gave me the best deal he could find. Offered to give me a free oil change anytime. Nobody cares more about preserving business, keeping a sterling reputation, and maintaining customer satisfaction more than these guys do. I recommend them to anyone.

Great service on everything that I have ever used them for. They balance tires free which very cool because most places charged $50-$80. The Manager is very helpful and makes sure I'm happy with all aspects of the service they have done even if they didn't charge me. DO NOT let the mechanics who work at this place touch your car. I never write reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know this place employs literal scumbags. I had the starter replaced on my car a few weeks ago by their mechanic Matt. He came to where I worked, swapped it out, and I was satisfied. Well, next morning I go to drive to work and my car overheats while driving down I5. Turns out the hose that runs from the radiator to the engine snapped off the radiator which was directly above where you would need to work when swapping out the starter. Coincidence? Yeah I don't think so one bit, it was literally the MORNING AFTER they replaced the starter. I get it towed back and I call McFarlands. They say they wont have a mechanic available until Monday (starter was replaced Thursday afternoon, car overheated Friday morning). I say that's fine, I understand things happen. I also ask over the phone if they are going to reimburse me for my tow bill. The woman tells me only if the car overheating was a direct cause of something their mechanic did. That's fair obviously, however it was no coincidence that this issue happened less than 12 hours after their mechanic was working on my car, but okay. So they schedule the same mechanic, Matt, to come out to my house Monday and figure out what happened. Monday rolls around, he shows up and checks out my car. Like I said the hose had snapped off the radiator and therefore caused the engine to overheat. He tells me that and I think okay, well obviously this isn't some freak coincidence, you snapped off the hose while swapping my starter, accident or not. Since there's obviously no way I can prove it was his fault (not like I was recording him on camera the whole time he was fixing my car on Thursday) he tells me he can't fix it for free and I still have to pay the $125 fee for them to come out to my house. So basically if I wanted it to be fixed, I would have to buy a whole new radiator, reschedule him to come out and then have him fix it. So we're talking around $250+ NOT including the tow bill AND not including all the days of work I have to miss because of something this dude did lmao. This is where it gets even better! Matt tells me that he "feels bad for me" and that if I buy the radiator (still a $100 part that I should not have had to buy in the first place) that he will come sometime after work/on the weekend and put it in for me for free since it's really not a hard swap to do on my car. I think well this is the best I'm going to get out of the situation, and I say okay and get his number. I order the radiator and it comes a few days later and I call him. He picks up the phone and we agree that he can come over on Saturday and swap it out for me. Saturday rolls around and take a wild guess what happens? He doesn't show up. I call him, and since now he obviously knows my number from when I previously called him, he doesn't answer. I call him the next day. No answer. I call him a few days after that. No answer. Yup, this dude is a garbage human being and I am shocked anyone would ever employ this guy. So like I said, avoid this place at all costs. There's several mobile mechanics in this area. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere.

Jan 14th, 2015 these guys did insurance work for me on my 2005 h2 hummer. them not being able to show insurance co that the car hitting me parked caused the damage to my abs module but ironic enough started having problems the day it came back from body shop pinned me w a $1500 bill after already getting 2k from safeco. ive found online to diagnosis and parts and repair between $600 - $700 based on my zip code that they are in. So I give them a job i could have taken any place and chose them they get a big job which should have been fully covered by safeco and then charge me over twice the amount of average. called tonkin parts and found out the cost for them is $500 and charging me $750 for it and want to charge me about $750 diagnosis which is same as estimate because i can put this part in about 5 minutes from what i saw on you tube. i have a buddy that has this part and will give it to me. then they quote me a $130 restocking fee for it after telling brian to hold up on ordering till i find out about this part from buddy. Is all of this insanity because i drive an expensive vehicle or could nt close strong enough w safeco to cover the fabricated numbers i need to cover. is it my fault it took them lots of man hours to diagnose a problem other shops quoted out from free to $99 to find it was a short in the abs module?? I am not happy at all and now i am paying for a rental at $40 per day till I come up w this money to pay them. Ive heard about practices like this but first time ive encountered it. thought it was to make a movie funnier had no clue this really happened.

started out nice, but it has been a nightmare ever since. nearly a week and they can't get the right part. keep blaming it on someone else. can't even get a tracking number to confirm shipment from vendor. super warm and friendly at first, but when i confronted them with the idea of getting a tracking number, the receptionist got defensive. Price keeps going up every time i talk to them, OVER $100 more in just a few days. GETTING MY CAR BACK TOMORROW!!! STAY AWAY!!!`

NOTHING was done correctly. The distributor they took 4 days to put in ended up failing. The “high performance” control module that I bought for the distributor, they promised me was in the car was NOT in the new distributor. It was kept. The distributor WASNT tightened down and you could move it by hand. The valve covers were replaced which I didn’t NOT agree to. They leaked onto the exhaust manifold AFTER I got the car back. That was one of the jobs they recommended they should fix. They just charged me for new valve covers apparently because I ended up with a lot oil on my exhaust that had to be cleaned off again. And I paid another mechanic to do all of this work after I was over charged for the labor. 1200 I paid for basically nothing to be done right and a part to not be returned to me that I was lied to about being in my engine. I won’t be bringing my car back to Arthur’s. And I didn’t not like the response of the guy at the front desk when I told him about this.
