Vic is awesome! Today he put new brakes on my car and some additional maintenance. He knew my budget was tight and did his best to keep my costs low. He also had my car back to me quickly. I would highly recommend his company.

Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. About a week later it started doing it again, they found the problem and fixed it right away for her at no additional charge. Eli is a joy to work with. 12_12_2011: NO STARS!!!!!! Worst place ever, do not take your vehicle there. Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)

The best experience I've ever had with a shop, hands down. I was about to cut bait on this car, after so many unresolved issues kept stacking up, but figured I'd give it one more chance with a new shop. So glad I did, because the car now runs and drives better than ever.. by a lot. Everything they did was clearly explained, plus they prioritized what needed to be done now, and what could wait. They obviously know everything about these cars, inside and out.. "Enthusiast Driven" is for real! I trust this crew 100%, which is something I never thought I'd say about a shop. Tony did a great job adjusting, cleaning & greasing.I drive the freeway at least 10 times a week and there's a lot of stop & go during rush hour, then the side streets & intersections...so after hearing a squeak every time I used the brake pedal (weather the car was standing still or moving) for a couple months, I thought I'd have them check it out.I dropped-off the car Saturday morning around 10 AM and got a call about an hour later that it was fixed.This '94 Camry with over 165,000 miles on it is feel'n pretty good right now. What a difference! Less than $90.00 for the tender care that was administered.

Got my 2008 Audi A-4 s-line fixed. After I bought it from coparts, had all the body work and repair done at Alpina auto, since I'm friends with the owner. Great job, only the check engine light kept coming on, and every time they scanned it, it came back with an EVAP code. Called Nazier, who was kind and patient, and I dropped off my car to see if they could figure it out. I had read so many amazing reviews online that claimed he had the best prices, and does the best work. 2 days later, got a call from Jared, who said they found the problem and ordered a part to replace the Evap hose, which was cracked. Price was $383 for part+installation. Seemed a bit pricey, and I had originally done a 3 star review, but Nazier called me and explained why it cost me that much and he really gave me the best deal he could find. Offered to give me a free oil change anytime. Nobody cares more about preserving business, keeping a sterling reputation, and maintaining customer satisfaction more than these guys do. I recommend them to anyone.
