They went above and beyond any shop i have ever dealt with. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and expertise. I will definitely spread the word and recommend this shop to everyone i know. The communication and professionalism is top quality! Thank you Sam you are heaven sent you made my classic like brand new again . Thank you so much! 12_12_2011: NO STARS!!!!!! Worst place ever, do not take your vehicle there. Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)

This has to be one of the worst Hyundai dealerships I've ever been to. The service people seem more intent on selling overpriced parts rather than service. My wife and I bought a Santa Fe from this dealer and found the dealer to be pretty shady. They attempted to change the price of the car at the last minute, so be very careful when dealing with them. As for the service, after having the car for only 4000 miles, one of the tires went flat. We took the car back to the service center but they spent a day looking for a leak and not able to find it. They refilled the tire and put it back on the car, but by the next morning, it was going flat again. My wife took the car back in and they "found" a shard of stone in the sidewall and proceeded to tell her that they would not cover this kind of damage and she would need to buy a new tire. Now, I would never buy a tire from a dealership, but since I was sleeping (working night shift) they hard sold the tire to my wife, at more than a 20% markup from other stores in the area. Upon confronting them about this, the most they would even consider doing was giving me a couple free oil changes. The service manager showed no interest for my business and in fact, at the end of the conversation thanked me for my money. Obviously, this is all they care about at Hyundai Beaverton. You will not find any service at this place of business, avoid it at all costs.

I have 3 vehicles and Mel has serviced all 3. He has done brakes on my BMW Z-4, and my Corvette. He just did a tune up and transmission service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything he has done for me has been professional and the price, in most cases, is less than other garages. I am very impressed with Wade Yashimura, his new mechanic. Very intelligent young man and very thorough. He found things on my BMW that other mechanics had missed. My Jeep has 140K miles and it purrs like a kitten since he worked on it. I won't be using anyone but Mel's to do my auto repairs.

I had my Ford diesel truck in this shop three times (three expensive tows) and after spending several thousand dollars and being assured that the starting problem was finally fixed, the problem persists. Very frustrating. I was treated me courteously by this shop but I cannot recommend it for diesel repairs. They just didn't seem to have the skill to get the job done. When you pay to have something fixed, it should be fixed.

It was clean, they called me a couple times with insurance questions and car updates, the work, looks great, and... they helped me with a bunch of my deductible. Whats not to like.... Hope I don't need them again but... if I do... I'll be back.
