Insurance Repair
It was clean, they called me a couple times with insurance questions and car updates, the work, looks great, and... they helped me with a bunch of my deductible. Whats not to like.... Hope I don't need them again but... if I do... I'll be back.

Auto Part Replacement
I have taken a couple of my vehicles to Leif's for repairs in the past few years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Twice it took longer but it was due to insurance issues not due to Leif's. The last time, I had to wait for a replacement side mirror and was able to keep driving my truck until the replacement came in and they installed it under one hour. Sometimes guys and gals, it is not Leif's fault but when insurance companies attempt to have used parts on a new vehicle as what happened about 13 years ago to me. I had a new Suburban that was hit in front of my house by a hit and run driver. Leif's called me up and stated that my insurance company wanted to have used parts and they refused as my truck was only 4 months old. It took about Right-click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlo ok prevented auto matic download of this picture from the Internet. 2 a week longer BUT it was worth it because they stood for me by getting NEW parts instead of used ones. Towing & Collision Repair!
Well, they did exactly what they said they would do. I've listened to those damn radio commercials over and over to the point of driving me crazy!! I drove my wife's BMW one day and got into a pretty nasty accident. I was able to drive the car home. I called Leif's. They sent a tow truck to pick the car up. They got us into a 2017 rental car. They repaired my wife's BMW. The best part about the whole experience is the repair job they did. I can't believe it, they went way beyond what was expected. They did an awesome job. I am extremely picky about everything and they delivered! My only minor complaint would be...they could do just a little bit better on communication, but when I look at the car and the repair job they did, I'm good! I will never take a car elsewhere for body work. Great job Leif's!!!

Collision Repair
I have used Leif's for all our Auto body repairs for years. I have had them take on the insurance companies to make sure our car gets back to pre-loss condition. Just recently we had to take a car in for repair that only had just over 50 thousand miles that was rear ended. It was also a hit and run which means we are on the hook for the deductible. When the adjuster did not allow Leif's to bill certain Items they stood their ground until they agreed to repair the car properly. As I have read many of the negative reviews. If it has taken a little longer it is usually the fault of the insurance company and not Leif's. I am sure I could receive my car back sooner if I would have gone to another shop. But I have found it worth the extra time to know it is done right. I am a big fan!! Is any company perfect No but you do not get to be the size of his company because you suck so there are obviously more satisfied customers than dissatisfied.
