Auto body repair service near Monroeville, PA

Great experience! I picked up my Range Rover today after a six-working day turn around on some nasty scrapes on the passenger side and a few on the driver's side taillight. The shop was able to buff some of the scrapes out, resulting in less work and cost. Dominic was very upfront about costs and very communicative. Any questions were answered immediately and the final cost was slightly less than the estimate. I appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent work on my vehicle. My Range Rover looks great. You'd never know there was damage. I will be a repeat customer (or hopefully not... but accidents happen). Thanks!

Jason, I was witness to your phone conversation with Dale. At NO TIME did he say anything about brain surgery. LMAO...Second, yes we will not repairs cars that a customer has already tried to repair himself and is trying to do as cheap as possible so as to pocket the money... We will not put our good name or warranty behind repairs done by someone that doesn't repair cars for a living..... We simply can not stand behind a repair like that NOR will we take a chance on being sued because you A) didn't say bolt your hood on the proper way and it flies up while you are driving and hits the windshield, etc., or B) are using INFERIOR or worn out, rusted out parts or parts that DO NOT fit properly to try to pocket as much money as you can. Basically what you are trying to do is fraud, in so many words. The insurance company paid to have the job done PROPERLY, not make it profitable for you..... They paid what they felt it would take to return your vehicle to a PRE COLLISION standard so as to make it safe to drive again. Not to allow customers to profit off of accidents..... NO LEGITIMATE shop would have done this job for you knowing you are pocketing money and trying to cut corners and possibly have an unsafe car on the road....I am sorry Jason, we DO NOT cut corners and we will not stand behind a repair such as that. Do you buy your own steaks and take them to Outback and ask them to cook them for you? The same basically applies here. Unless we buy the parts and we can guarantee the job, we don't do it. I was involved in a car accident. Had them tow it so my vehicle could get worked on there. I took pictures of where it originally got towed from and the tires 4 days later were not flat until it got there. Talked to the owner and he stated the frame was probably bent due to flat tire. He would keep my vehicle give me a little over 200 for it for scrap. I got it towed home listed it on craig list. A man bought it and fixed it in one week. No bent frame. ANd the quote he gave the insurance carrier was wrong. 800 dollar fix.( this is not including minor cosmetic issues) But 800 bucks to pass inspection!!!! Now Im without a vehicle and got laughed at by staff because I was hurt in the accident. IM NOT KIDDING. I referred this place to so many people who would have originally went someplace else. They did exceptional work for me in the past but Im wondering was needless things done?? Get a second opinion before they act generous and offer scrap money for your vehicle. Im hurt more than anything. As I said I used this company for years, referred them to many and to set a BS quote so my vehicle is deemed totalled and then to get laughed at because I got hurt was childlike and extremely disrespectful.
