Our full-service auto repair shop provides service to southern Chester County in Pennsylvania. In 2022, we took over the Willowdale Sunoco after the previous owner's retirement. Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

Horrible service! Took it for a diagnostic they ended up taking my whole car apart which I wasn't aware of felt like I had no choice but to fix the problem with them price was originally around $600 ended up with a bill of almost $2000 and to top it off they left grease stains all over my car in and out

Paid $800 (1/2 upfront) to proprietor, Rob Russell, for repairs to a 1999 VW Beetle: -Reattach interior upholstery in ceiling -Replace the Volkswagen Beetle emblem -Fix drivers side window (off track) -Fix drivers side door handle -Reattach front door panels-drivers & passengers sides -Reattach sun visor Russell didn't do the upholstery, lost the VW emblem and tried to blame it on another when the emblem was given directly to him, and broke the door handle. Learned he contracted out some of the work to another shop on 2nd & Cumberland Streets after promising he could do it. Asked for 1/2 money back, he refused. He also lied & said he spent an additional $500 out of his pocket to fix the car. After repeated attempts, he stopped returning calls. WARNING: Only patronize BBB-accredited businesses, and DO NOT do business with Rob Russell and the 16th Street Frame & Collision!

Please do not take your vehicle to this shop for repair. While my car was being repaired, there was a fire at the shop that burned my car beyond recognotion. The owner Hector Alicea refused to take responsibility for my loss. I took him to court and won & still have not received any funds from him. PLEASE BEWARE.

Do NOT take your car here! what a total rip off! When you hear stories of mechanics that rip you off, this is the place they are talking about. I was charged $100 just to look at a car I told him I was donating to charity.Avoid the place like the black plaque. our better off trying to fix it yourself or setting it on fire.

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
